Our Valuation team provides a fast and cost-effective service that can be tailored to the needs of individual occupier or landlord clients. All valuations are market-based and carefully researched, and provide an accurate forecast of future as well as current value. We consistently add value by identifying opportunities for tax efficiency and enhanced performance.

For investment clients, we provide monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual valuations of portfolios ranging from a few million pounds up to several billion. Properties with an aggregate value of more than £10bn are valued annually for institutions and property companies. We also provide pre-purchase due diligence and valuation reports for all types of property.

We value every variety of building for lending purposes  from the corner shop to City of London multi-let offices. For companies, we undertake valuations of property portfolios for accounts, tax, debenture or acquisition and sales purposes. We also provide advice relating to takeovers, mergers and flotations. Our service for management buy-ins and management buy-outs includes evaluating running costs of property portfolios and head office overheads, and providing property-related input into business plans.
