Susannah Smith has worked in residential sales and development for 15 years and now joins Colliers CRE as part of the Corporate Restructuring Team, specialising in the sale and letting of residential property in the East and West Midlands. Susannah undertakes consultancy work for major house builders and has extensive knowledge in the sale of new homes to both private individuals and the investment market. She also works with lenders and Insolvency Practitioners to plan and implement managed sales and exit strategies for distressed residential schemes.
