Rate demands
We stay in close contact with each billing authority, so they're up to date with changes to our clients' portfolios, and we keep track of any refunds, exemptions or reliefs we’re able to claim.
Funding and payment
We ask for one monthly payment from clients and make consolidated payments to each billing authority at the required time. We can stop future instalments immediately if need be.
Reporting
Monthly reporting is a core element of our service. We provide statements of account on payments made against each property, details of refunds received and itemised funding requests. And we can tailor our reports to suit your needs.
Forecasting
We can provide our clients with non-domestic rate liability forecasts to help with budgeting.
