Our aim is to minimise your rate liability
Our expertise covers the entire spectrum of the rates function, from challenging rateable values to examining your rate records for evidence of overcharging. Our results speak for themselves. Since the start of the 2005 rating list, we've saved more than £60m for our clients.
We advise on over 20,000 properties and our clients range from one-offs to large portfolios. With offices throughout the UK and Ireland, we have the experience of more than 30 specialists to draw on. Our people include former Group Valuation Officers and leaders in the rating industry – a number of our specialists sit on the panels of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation and Rating Surveyors' Association.
Negotiating better business rates
This is an important part of our service, but we can do much more than negotiate better business rates for our clients. We were among the first businesses to offer a rate account management service – ours has been running for more than a decade. We're now handling payments of more than £140m a year on over 8,500 properties. And Accurates, our rate audit and compliance business, has become one of the leaders in its field.
