Part of the Recreational Property division, our Leisure Management team has over 20 years' experience in the holiday park industry.

We provide full park management and management consultancy, from advice and transactional support on sales and acquisitions to negotiating with contractors and utility suppliers, and managing staff.

Our full park management service relieves owners of a raft of time-consuming responsibilities  we advise on and handle the sale of holiday homes, manage your park's repair and improvement cycle, put a programme in place to ensure maintenance is up to date, supervise the park management team and handle the recruitment of staff.

Drawing on our expertise in financial forecasting and modelling, we can provide you with projections for future years  based either on your existing park structure or proposed changes  and we can get involved in securing funding for expansion projects. Part of our remit is often advising over insurance, making sure all buildings have appropriate and comprehensive cover.

Our bookkeeping function can help maintain your accounts, ensuring anything you're owed is paid promptly. Our regular, detailed reporting includes profit & loss, VAT information, stock reporting, draft accounts and balance sheet.
