We advise on transactions of land suitable for use for healthcare uses and can also provide town planning consultancy.
Within the primary care sector, we advise on occupation of medical centres (including lettings to pharmacists and other health service providers) and the appropriate lease structure. We also advise on the ownership of medical centres.
Our depth of market knowledge and awareness enables us to identify investment opportunities and also to advise on sale and leaseback transactions across the whole of the healthcare sector.
Development advice
We can assess the feasibility of a site to establish the best overall uses(s) and undertake appraisals to assess the viability of a development opportunity. The service is broad ranging, from advising on town planning issues through to project management during construction.
Consultancy/performance monitoring
We provide performance monitoring of healthcare property portfolios, and benchmark corporate performance for banking and other institutional clients. We highlight opportunities for further investment, identify underperforming properties and handle disposals, if needed.
