Colliers CRE's Corporate Restructuring and Recovery team advises lenders and insolvency practitioners on non performing loans and facility covenant breaches where property forms part or all of the security. Our aim is to provide effective and practical solutions. We provide an initial overview advising on likely required actions and realisations together with alternative strategies to maximise returns. Thereafter, we work to implement the preferred strategy.
We work closely with our clients, co-ordinating the input of valuation, management, professional and agency advice to deliver a bespoke service through a central point of contact.
Registered Property Receivers
Members of the team include Registered Property Receivers who accept appointments as Fixed Charge Receivers in England and Wales under the Law of Property Act 1925. In this role we deal with a multitude of problems affecting all types of property.
Our focus is on the UK but the problems we deal with include international assignments. Colliers CRE’s international network is available to deal with overseas instructions.
The Corporate Restructuring and Recovery team work hand in hand to draw upon the knowledge and experience of Colliers CRE’s many specialist teams that have in-depth knowledge of their markets. These teams also operate on a national basis and include Licensed and Leisure, Healthcare, Building Consultancy and Project Management, Colliers Robert Barry (Hotels), Automotive & Roadside, Investment Marketplace, Rating and Planning.
Our extensive experience in the field of Corporate Restructuring and Recovery is not confined to banks and insolvency practitioners but is available to companies and individuals seeking to resolve property related problems.
The members of the team are not new to this sector and have worked in the recovery market in good times and bad over several previous recessions.
