We recently changed our name to Commercial Lease Consultancy. Whilst rent reviews and lease renewals form the core of our work we felt this change of name reflected the increasing amount of work we do surrendering, re-gearing and renegotiating leases. In the current economic climate lease restructuring can be a great initiative for unlocking value for clients. Our motto is 'We make your property work harder' which indicates how we add value for both landlords and tenants. In short it's a brand new name but the same great service.
