Key focus areas
Shopping centres, retail-led mixed-use schemes, car parks, medium and high-rise residential schemes on council land, theatres, music venues, leisure centres, redevelopment of school sites, comprehensive audits of community buildings (including libraries), employment land reviews and portfolio work have all featured significantly in our work for Local Authorities since 1992. We advise on OJEU procedures, Section 123, CPO and overage settlements, and appear as Expert Witnesses.
