This week the licensed and leisure department of Colliers CRE has been instructed by the UK's leading pub company, Punch Taverns to dispose of 68 new properties all of which are part of its 'Turnaround Division'. Located nationwide, the properties for sale range from existing businesses to potential development sites, priced from approximately £125,000 to £500,000.
