Andrew Graham, deputy chairman at Colliers CRE, retires

Colliers CRE has announced that Andrew Graham, Deputy Chairman, has retired from the company with effect from Monday 26th October.

During his 36 years with the company, Andrew was instrumental in setting up the fund management and investment divisions, with particular responsibility for acting and advising corporates in raising finance for business development and private equity groups on the property element in their corporate takeovers.

Andrew is past Chairman of the Investment Property Forum and is still Chairman for the Investment Property Forum Educational Trust and will continue raising money for education.

Commenting on his retirement, Andrew Graham said:

"I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute at Colliers and have had particular pleasure in watching it grow from Conrad Ritblat into the top tier international firm it is now. I am now planning to look after my family affairs."

David Izett, Chief Executive at Colliers CRE, added:

"Andrew has made significant contributions to our company over the years and his fantastic connections and superb reading of the markets, alongside his creative, innovative, enthusiastic and energetic approach, have been invaluable to both us and our clients. We wish him a long and happy retirement."
