The Manchester office of Colliers CRE has let a key unit at Altrincham Business Park in south Manchester.
The 7008 sq ft Unit A2 has been let to Work Inc Group Limited on a five year term at 6.50 per sq ft.
Colliers CRE acted as joint agent with King Sturge on behalf of owners Frogmore Real Estate Partners (FREP) and Work Inc Group was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Andy Backhouse, senior surveyor, logistics and industrial at Colliers CRE Manchester, said Unit A2 was the last remaining business unit in the second successful phase of the popular 300,000 sq ft business park.
Colliers CRE Manchester is also marketing two additional units – H1 and H2 – located in the original phase of the business park, both of which are approximately 3,000 sq ft but could be combined and are shortly to be fully refurbished.
Andy Backhouse said: "We're delighted to have secured this letting on behalf of FREP. It is a popular, well-established location which is highly desirable to businesses for industrial or distribution use."
The business park was purchased by FREP this year for some £29m.
