Colliers CRE has let almost 38,000sq ft to Global Logistics at Guinness Circle in Trafford Park, Manchester, on behalf of Canada Life.
The rent agreed equated to £5.50per sq ft on a new 10-year full repairing and insuring lease.
Guinness Circle is a production/distribution development comprising two self-contained units ranging from 18,646 sq ft to the 37,464 sq ft let to Global Logistics.
Julien Kenny-Levick, director, industrial and logistics, at Colliers CRE Manchester, said: "The letting to Global Logistics proves the ongoing popularity of the units and location of Trafford Park."
Trafford Park is home to more than 1400 companies and a 46,000-strong workforce.
