Developer and investor Quorum has secured the sale of a key unit at Newcastle-under-Lyme to Bennett Architectural Solutions.
Unit 3 at Rosevale Business Park was sold by Cheshire-based Quorum to Bennett for an undisclosed sum.
Quorum acquired the premises from joint agents, the Manchester office of property agency Colliers CRE and Harris Lamb.
The industrial/business unit on Rosevale Road covers 23,793 sq ft, includes quality office space and offers easy access to the A34 and the A500 leading to junction 16 of the M6.
Bennett Architectural Solutions designs, makes and installs bespoke glazed facades to the UK construction sector. The business is moving to its new home from existing premises in Tunstall.
