Colliers CRE is set to release some illuminating findings on the healthcare market in its latest Care Homes Review research report. The research, the eighth of a regular series of papers, provides in-depth analysis of the healthcare property and business sector, focusing on long term residential and nursing care for adults and the elderly.
The headline finding is that the long term elderly care sector is one of the few areas holding up comparatively well in the current economic downturn. The analysis is based on actual data used to support valuations conducted by Colliers CRE's healthcare team. It covers more than 2,000 records across a wide spectrum of different care providers, from corporate through to single home operators.
The research will be released exclusively to clients attending Care Home Review seminars organised by Colliers CRE in Leeds (20 October), Birmingham (23 October) and Edinburgh (28 October). The report will then be available to download at www.collierscre.com/healthcare from 3 November.
