Colliers CRE sells prime Crawley residential site to The Guinness Trust for £2.6m

Colliers CRE has sold the freehold of the 0.8 acre former Barley House site in Crawley to The Guinness Trust for £2.6 million.

The development opportunity off the Brighton Road has planning permission for 52 residential apartments, including 21 affordable units.

The site is situated in a sought after residential area within easy walking distance of the town centre Over recent years, Crawley and the surrounding area has seen significant investment and this is set to continue with a £700 million mixed-use town centre regeneration scheme led by Grosvenor Estates in conjunction with English Partnerships.
