Description of company business
Colliers CRE provides a broad range of real estate consultancy services including agency, valuation, property management, building and general property advice to both UK and international clients. These services are delivered through specialist sector or service line teams which work closely together to provide an integrated service.
The Group comprises; Colliers CRE (general practice surveying); Colliers Capital (fund management); Locum Consulting (destination consulting) and Deanwater Estates (property co-investment). The Group also owns majority shareholdings in Colliers Jackson-Stops in Ireland and Colliers International in Spain.
Relationship with Colliers International
Colliers CRE is part of Colliers International, now the world's third largest commercial real estate firm, employing over 15,000 professionals in 480 offices in 61 countries.
Recent restructuring within Colliers International means that approximately 70% of Colliers International businesses are now wholly, majority or partially owned by one company.
As part of the drive to transform Colliers International from a traditional network into an efficient and cohesive global business, the firm will be rebranding all its operations, including the Colliers CRE Group, to Colliers International during 2010.
