Colliers CRE Leeds is one of the company's largest offices and has been advisng clients in the area since the 1980s. Our local connections date back to the early 19th century following the acquisition of Oliver Kitchen & Flynn in 1992.
The team's range of expertise and in-depth regional knowledge, together with an understanding of the economic and commercial factors influencing real estate, have attracted many blue-chip clients as well as new and growing businesses.
Clients range from occupiers of retail, business, licensed and leisure space to regional development agencies, developers, landowners and investors (both private and institutional). Our dedicated hotels and leisure divsion, Colliers Robert Barry, also has a base within the Leeds office.
The team also works closely with colleagues in other offices throughout the Colliers CRE network, including specialist departments in London, to provide the same high quality, reliable service to clients with interests further afield. For example the Building Consultancy team provides technical due diligence services to UK clients who are acquiring property across Europe.
