Colliers CRE's Glasgow office is in the heart of the city's commercial centre. The team provides a range of consultancy and agency services for property owners, investors and occupiers. Clients span all business sectors, ranging from the established retail, offices and industrial & logistics sectors to more specialised sectors such as motor trade, healthcare and licensed and leisure. The office also provides a full range of professional services including valuation, landlord and tenant, management and business rates advice. The newly established Development Consulting team specialises in mixed use development opportunities across Scotland. Colliers CRE's dedicated hotels and leisure division, Colliers Robert Barry also has a team based within the Glasgow office.
Each team member has in-depth knowledge of the local and regional market and, combined with extensive hands-on experience, this enables them to provide effective solutions and sound, research-backed advice to each client. A substantial track record has helped attract clients as varied as pension funds, banks, property companies, developers, local authorities and a wide range of occupiers.
The team has support nationally, from the Colliers CRE network and, internationally, from Colliers International, a worldwide affiliation of independently owned and operated companies collectively regarded as one of the world’s largest and most respected group of real estate consultants.
Team members will involve other specialist departments within Colliers CRE for specific projects, to provide the best advice on issues such as planning, rating and corporate real estate services.
