Colliers CRE's Edinburgh office is in the heart of the city's commercial centre. The team provides a range of consultancy and real estate agent services for property owners, investors and occupiers. Clients span all business sectors, ranging from the more established retail, office and industrial & logistic sectors to more specialised sectors such as motor trade, healthcare and licensed and leisure. Colliers CRE's dedicated hotels and leisure division, Colliers Robert Barry, also has a team based within the Edinburgh office.
Each sector specialist has in-depth knowledge of the local and regional market and, combined with extensive hands-on experience, this enables them to provide effective solutions and sound, research-backed advice to each client.
